1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with CityPrints (operated by City Time Printing), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CityPrints provides custom printing services including but not limited to business cards, banners, stickers, brochures, packaging, signage, and promotional products. All orders are custom-produced to your specifications.

Quotes are provided via WhatsApp or in person. A quote is valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and make payment.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
• Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.
• All prices quoted are in AED and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.

4. Proofs and Approval

We provide a digital proof (PDF) for your review before production. It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof for accuracy including spelling, colours, layout, and dimensions.

Once you approve a proof, CityPrints is not liable for errors present in the approved design. If you request changes after approval, additional charges may apply.

5. Production and Delivery

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume.
• We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Delivery fees depend on location and order size.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. CityPrints is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Orders may also be collected from our shop in Naif, Deira, Dubai during business hours.

6. Quality and Returns

We take pride in our print quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect order due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint or refund the affected items at our discretion.

We cannot accept returns for orders that were printed correctly according to the approved proof.

7. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all materials (text, images, logos, designs) submitted for printing. CityPrints is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from materials you provide.

CityPrints may photograph and display finished work in our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering.

8. Limitation of Liability

CityPrints' liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
