We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Payment terms are discussed when you place your order.

Absolutely. We provide a digital proof (PDF) before any job goes to print. For large orders, we can also produce a physical sample — ask us about this when you request your quote.

Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround varies by product — simple items like business cards can often be done same-day or next-day. Larger jobs like banners or booklets may take 2–5 business days. We always quote a specific delivery date when you order. Rush orders can be accommodated — just ask.

Yes! We deliver to all emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery fees and times depend on your location.

Yes, you're welcome to collect from our shop at Rashedan Building, 16B Street, Naif, Deira, Dubai. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 10 PM.

Files & Design

Preferred: PDF (print-ready, with bleed). Also accepted: AI, EPS, PSD, INDD. For basic jobs, we can sometimes work with high-resolution JPG or PNG. If unsure, just send us what you have and we'll advise.

Yes! Our design team can create or refine artwork for your print job. WhatsApp us to discuss your design needs. See our Design Services page for more details.

For best results, images should be 300 DPI at print size. Lower resolution may result in blurry prints — if you're not sure, send us your files and we'll check before printing.

For professional results, yes — files should include 3mm bleed and crop marks. If your files don't have bleed, our design team can add it for you. Just mention this when you send your files.

We print in CMYK and can work to match your brand colors as closely as possible. For exact Pantone matching, discuss this with us when ordering.

Monday to Saturday: 9 AM to 10 PM. Sunday: Closed. WhatsApp messages are monitored during business hours and we typically reply within 5 minutes.

Yes. If there's a print defect caused by our error, we'll reprint your order at no charge. We take quality very seriously and inspect every job before dispatch.
